I have been involved in exercise enhancement since 1994 and have coached multiple athletes to qualify for the International CrossFit Games and numerous athletes and teams to the CF Regional Level. I have assisted in sports specific programs, injury rehabilitation, pre-habilitation as well as general fitness and weight loss. I also work with various age groups in accomplishing their personal goals. My background includes assisting youth sports programs in both group and individual settings, and have coached professional athletes, weekend warriors and assisted the military in preparation for deployment to Iraq. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).

I have earned several nationally recognized certifications including the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and several CrossFit Certifications including Level 1, Nutrition, Endurance and Olympic Lifting. As one of the owners of Tillman Physical Therapy & Sports Training Center, Inc., and BiggD Fitness, LLC,  I choose to use the CrossFit methods and principles.
