Since 2009, The MAD Athlete Program has been developing world class athletes in a variety of sports. Competitive CrossFit, Power Lifting, Olympic Weightlifting as well as traditional sports from football, to track and field, to cheer. We have worked in person with top level athletes from every sport and activity. What started as a small group of 10-20 in person athletes that accomplished amazing feats and even world records in strength and fitness. After 15 years, of sending athletes through qualifiers, sectionals, regionals, international and world championships, finally, MAD Athlete Training is available to everyone.
This is daily programming designed for the "Weekend Warrior." It contains all the elements of the full MAD Program but is trimmed to fit into about an hour of work each day.
This six week cycle is designed to take the good crossfit athlete and make them great. It is made to help your class athlete transition and adapt to the increased volume and skill work of the Elite level MADAthlete
This is the big dawg cycle of the year! 14 weeks complete with demo videos, instructions, and progressions. The most volume, the most work, the most results!!! Definitely not for the faint of heart. This cycle is not just goint to make you strong, It will make you SuperStrong!
