This Program is designed for the competitive athlete with minimal time to train. It has all the key elements of the Elite level MAD Programs, however it is the stripped down version and streamlined to fit into about an hour of workout time. This is aimed at the "weekend warriors" of CrossFit and those that compete on a local level or just want to improve their strength and skills.
