MAKE ME MAD LEVEL II

This 12-week course picks up where the first 6 weeks of MAKE ME MAD left off.  In this course, we continue to level up our ability to handle volume, strength, skills, and capacity in all of the standard CrossFit Movements.   This course transforms athletes into fierce competitors.   Complete with testing at the end of the 12-week cycle.


MAKE ME MAD II

-Intesnse 12 Weeks to improve strength and skills!!

-This cycle is packed with improvements, from gymnastics movements to barbell skill.

-We will test skills and strength in this cycle.


-Video demos and explanations of each movement.
